Business Week in Wroclaw - 3rd Edition

This year Wroclaw School of Banking organized 3rd edition of the Business Week. Between 4th and 8th April we hosted students and teachers representing 10 countries: Germany, Czech Republic,
The Netherlands, Belgium, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania, Spain and Poland. Participants coordinated by professional trainers were playing simulation game “Massawa- Port of Africa” which extended their knowledge about Project Management. Working in international groups obligated students to break cultural and language barriers. Workshops were enriched with lectures of dr Marcin Żmigrodzki and dr Norbert Reemer.
Students were also offered varied integration and cultural programme which included national presentation of countries, universities and national cuisine. They had an opportunity to taste dutch cheese, delight in Belgian chocolate, try local drinks and original delicacies of Latvian cuisine. Touristic programme consisted of Wroclaw sightseeing trip as well as travel through Lower Silesia with visiting of Książ Castle and other monuments.
Business Week which ended with full success showed another time how important for young people is the idea of international integration. Taking part in this kind of project gives not only knowledge of the main issue but what is even more important enriches with inimitable experience, new friendship and unforgettable memories.
